
CERTIFIED EXECUTIVE IN BUSINESS EXCELLENCE (CEBE™)
This certification is designed for professionals who are responsible for implementing quality management systems and processes within their organizations. It focuses on areas such as process improvement, quality control, and risk management.
CEBE™ Designation
The CEBE™ certification represents the highest level of expertise in business excellence within the BEX® certification program.

This certification level is designed to equip senior executives and leaders with the advanced knowledge and skills necessary to drive organizational performance and deliver customer value.
CEBE™ certification focuses on advanced concepts and techniques related to business excellence, such as strategic planning, change management, process improvement, innovation, and sustainability.
These advanced topics build on the foundational principles covered in earlier certification levels and provide a deeper understanding of how to apply these principles to complex business challenges.

Work History & CEU Requirements
At least 7 years of professional experience with significant responsibility for strategic decisions •
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
Completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent Completion of the CEQA™ certification
For CEBE® Work History, a minimum of 8,000 hours or 6 years of work experience in business excellence within the last 6 years is required. This experience should align with the BEX® Guide and must include a minimum of 1,000 hours each in each of 7 Knowledge Areas, totaling at least 7,000 of the required 8,000 total, with the remaining 1,000 hours in any of the competencies.
Applicants must also provide references for their work experience. References can be a BEX® Certification recipient, a career manager, or a client, either internal or external. Ideally, at least one of the two references should have known the applicant for at least 6 months.

EXPERT LEVEL CERTIFICATION
