A Certified Business Performance Advisor (CBPA™)...
is an individual who has successfully completed BEX® business performance advisor certification and demonstrated expertise in guiding organizations on continuous performance improvement strategies & processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, develop and implement effective strategies, and measure and monitor performance to achieve their goals. CBPA™ certification requires a comprehensive understanding of business excellence principles and the ability to apply those principles in a consulting or advisory capacity. CBPA™ Eligibility
1. Ensure you register an account with BEX® (already a member login here)
2. Complete a minimum of 25 CEU or PD hours within the last four years. Your hours can be logged and tracked here.
3. Agree with the Code of Conduct.

African Excellence Model (AEM)
BEX® is based on the African Excellence Model (AEM) which is a performance excellence framework developed by the African Excellence Forum (AEF) to provide a structured approach to achieving excellence in organizations operating on African continent. AEM framework is defined by the following criteria:
Direction: This criterion covers an organization's vision, mission, and values, as well as its strategic planning and performance measures.
Governance: This criterion covers an organization's leadership, governance structures, and risk management practices.
Eco-System: This criterion covers an organization's relationships with its stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and the community.
Human Capital: This criterion covers an organization's human resources practices, including workforce development, diversity, and well-being.
Realization: This criterion covers an organization's operational and process management practices, including innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
Intelligence: This criterion covers an organization's measurement, analysis, and knowledge management practices.

Non-performance:
